Privacy Notice | HelixLoom Technologies

Who we are

This website is run by HelixLoom Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India. You can reach us at contact@helixloom.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, work email, company and role, and, where you choose to give them, a phone or WhatsApp number, the service you need, your accounting system, your revenue band, preferred meeting times and your message. We do not ask for invoice, customer or supplier data through this website, and we ask you not to send any.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry or send you a proposal.
To email you the checklist you asked for.
To arrange a data review you requested.

We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your details.

Who handles it for us

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by StaticForms, a form-delivery service. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. These services see only what they need to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and we delete them when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Client engagements

Data shared during a paid engagement is covered by the non-disclosure agreement and data processing agreement we sign with you, not by this notice.

Your choices

Email contact@helixloom.com to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to ask us not to contact you again.
